Update: Deysha rocks! Got a call from Ford customer service that the battery cable will be replaced under warranty.

It's unfortunate It took that to get it replaced.

However Deysha does indeed ROCK and if I might say it pays to be at TMS and have access to such a great resource.

I'm starting to feel bad that I haven't had any issues that required Deysha to become involved

Of course it helps that the Boss hasn't had any problems either.
