Car is built! Awaiting shipment.
Appreciate the post but that number is for CSX, not CN. Tried this last week.
Dealer says the car left southern Kansas early this morning. I might see it by the weekend, which would be nice as I have already arranged a scenic drive w/ a number of friends for Saturday to break her in...

06GT- I tried various numbers off the CN website, with some luck, and some no luck. Try the Michigan number. Write the numbers down, so when you find somebody helpful, you can call them back.

Dean, good luck mine sat for four days before arriving at the dealer. I hope yours doesn't take that long.

Last night, I got home late from work, around 9.30ish. My wife had called, and let me know that she was looking for some things from the house garage and that she would be leaving her truck outside, so that I wouldn't wonder why when I got home. So, after a fourteen hour day I got home last night late, this was sitting in my garage.
Sorry for doing this in two posts, since I couldn't type beneath the photo......
So, what happened is that my dealer called and let my wife know that the car was here, and the two of them conspired to get to the house without me knowing. Now that was a helluva surprise when I got home.
Every piece of plastic and sticker was left on the car, so carefully I pulled everything off and then snapped this photo. Excitedly, I was ready for my first sit in #1081, and I realized that I had locked my key in the car........so my wife and I sat in the garage and just looked at it for about thirty minutes.
So, it's sitting at home, and today I am going out to the dealer to pick up the other key.
Can't anything go smooth in this process?
Thanks Deysha for helping me through this process!

Congrats Dean
Thanks Rick and Dean. I had a very tentative drive in, after my dealer brought the red key by my office on his way through town, since I had not transferred the insurance yet. He and my wife are going to be laughing at me forever for locking the keys in. I'm such a doofus.
I did stab it once, after it had gone past thirty miles, and it certainly isn't the Bullitt. It seemed like the 70 car's type of curve except on crack.... amazing.
