Just got off the phone with a friend in Canada. He was at a dealer today and found a CO Boss in stock and was offered up that he could get it at A-Plan. It had a sticker of about $50,500 canadien dollars.

My friend is a 09 Shelby owner, who got his with A-Plan back then. A-Plan was not offered in the states.

They apparently have an LS coming, but they have been offered $20K over from two other dealers for it. The dealer told him that only 17 LS's were coming to Canada.

I know the dollar is different, but man I wish I could at least get X-Plan which I qualify for.

 

That or the dealer is mistaken

Canada is getting much more than 17 LS's. We should be getting 10% of US production, so 50-75 cars.

I'll get the dealers name from him on Monday. I know he was in Windsor. They told him its been on the floor for two weeks.

I have a hard time believing the A-Plan comment also. The sales guy he dealt with didn't know about the quad exhaust on the Boss either. I do know my friend got A-Plan on his 09 Shelby (seen the docs). Maybe its a Canada only thing. Like YB with white stripes.

A-Plan? Dontcha mean Eh-Plan? It is Canada that we're talkin' aboot.

 

I highly doubt you can get the Boss for A plan or X plan in Canada, which is where I live. I got X plan on my 08 Shelby but that was end of model year and Ford allowed it for year end models. You can't get A plan or X plan on current model year Shelbys.

Correct, but I just checked today and saw 2011 GT500 & GT500 'vert added to X Plan in the US... However if they are selling for 5-6k under MSRP as reported by some posters on this forum, it would seem like a good bargain hunter could work a far better bottom line deal for a leftover '11 Shelby as time marches on. Especially if/when gas hits $5/gal in the US as predicted this summer.
