I know the number is with the vin on the intake. is it on the window sticker somewhere?

 

Sadly no. The actual factory build commit number sometimes isn't known until a couple of hours before the vehicle hits the final trim line. fyi, as of late Feb, there were around 75 or so retail LS's built.

 

i am still in 51 but was built 2/23 its killing me not knowing whats up with 0628 its coming to va beach so maybe truck not train dose say convoy on mywindow sticker im going nuts

 

I'm pretty sure that your Boss and mine will be on the same truck. Mine's going to Cavalier in Chesapeake. Did you order yours from Beach Ford?

 

yea dig it beach ford and they give me know info its like pulling teeth they just told me its at 5p sparky gave much moore info than the dealer but hes not tracking anymore and i just saw someone said more DELAYS good luck with yours kevin. where o where is 0628 i am going nuts

 

Proboss, mine was built 2/17, last four are 331. Same as you, still sitting at Flat Rock, and the window sticker says Convoy. I'm having a hard time believing that our cars will come by truck buddy....

 

proboss, I got word today that my Boss has left Flat Rock. Hopefully yours is on the same truck.

FWIW, neither the vin or the window sticker had any clue to the Serial Number for the Bullitt's. You didn't know your production number until you popped the hood and looked at the Serial Number Plate on the Strut Tower Brace.

proboss: as of last night I was still "Returned to Plant". However, it appears that the majority of Ford Customer Service is now actively trying to get my car out of there, as I talked to them in my usual subtle and delicate retired Marine manner.

I should know something positive in the next 24 hours. Which is only 3 weeks late.

The info I received earlier was incorrect. As of today, my Boss moved from Ramp 51 to 5P.

 

So did mine..........................right before it shipped :-)

 

Here's hoping mine moved to 5P as well!
