I'm trying to understand the question as well. If your talking about swapping the rear calipers, though it would look more appealing it would be a ton of work, or so Baer brakes has told me. You can always do an upgrade to a 6 pot front and 6 pot rears with the stock master cylinder, the Baer rears use very small rear caliper pistons to achieve this. That is, if that was what you were asking.

So if you wanted to do what your suggesting you would need master cylinders so that you could adjust the bias, which you would need to do. I had the same idea until I called Baer and they told me all of what needs to be done. Plus the 302S and possibly R use the stock rear calipers with race pads.

Not that it can't be done, but I haven't heard of a kit to do that.
Do you want it for looks? Track performance?
If you want it for the track performance, I'd suggest putting your mods dollars elsewhere. During heavy braking, most of the car's weight is up front, so they are doing all the work stopping the car. The backs do very little braking work.
I think I went thru about 4 sets of front pads before my back ones were swapped--and I could have gotten another day or 2 out of them, but didn't want to change rears at the track, so I just swapped them with some pad left to eliminate the potential hassle.
If for looks, the Bear front/rear mentioned above would be your best bet to keep them all the same design.

If you want that big brake look get a 6pot front/4 pot rear set up.
