Not if consumers have the ***** or spine to so NO to dealer markups! Also when in the past 40 years has Ford ever not met consumer demand with the cars it produces? Never! GT500, GT500KR, Bullitt, Mach 1, GT/CS have all meet consumer demand. Ford will make as many of these as consumers desire. Just like the GT500 people were paying $25,000 over MSRP for. They are in the business to make money and this will not be a limited 1 year run LOL! Also Dodge Challenger which gets new engines this year and The Camaro which has the Z28 coming in 2012 and very possibly a Boss competitor. Enough of dealer price gauging!

Well, not to be a kill-joy but I was hoping for something more like the appearance package of the 70 Boss 302 than the 69 since I have a 70 Mach 1. I was also hoping for a Grabber Blue/Black stripe color combo as well since that would also match my 70. I understand this car is more about performance but I was really hoping for something different in the looks department. Maybe Ford will play this retro thing to the hilt and offer color choices similar to the 69 for the first year and 70 for the next? In the meantime I suppose I could just "settle" for a 2011 GT500. LOL.

Love the Laguna Seca specs, hate the painted wheels/grill/roof/spoiler. Those are bad enough to kill the LS as an option. The stiffer chassis would almost sway me to buy now, but the paint makes it a non-starter.
