Boss 302 VS EVO
Great story & video of the Boss beating the EVO in a Track test. Enjoy!

I would rather go DEEP than be FAST. Just saying.
I would still take the BOSS over the MR even if it were faster. All the electronic gadgetry killed it for me. My little brother like that stuff hence why he drives a built up WRX Subaru but it's just not for me. I like to be in control.

Having owned both, the Evo, with a few very minor bolt-ons (ECU upgrade, brake pads) is extremely fast. Easy to hit the 400-425 hp mark without draining your account. I do prefer the old Evo VIII, mainly because of it's much lighter curb weight and less electronic intervention. Not such a great car to live with on a daily basis but an absolute beast on track.
My 5.0 is much easier to live with everyday (sounds MUCH better too) and is still pretty good on track (after switching out the stock springs and dampers, tires and pads).
