Boss 302 (New) listed for $42,990
I just saw this listing, and thought I would pass it on to anyone looking. Seems a little low, but worth a check if you are looking.

The dealer is in Spirit Lake, Iowa. I am in Western South Dakota and have no knowledge of the dealer or the car.

That car is Competition Orange with white stripes. I believe that was only seen on the pre-production press cars, the production CO's have black stripes. The listing also has "stripe delete". Maybe they pulled off the black stripes and that is white primer underneath (joke). This is a rare color scheme.

As I said in my post, I have no knowledge of the car, with that said, I can attest to the fact the information provided on this site is not always accurate, for instance, listing the drivetrain as a V6. It just seemed strange to see the price listed that low and no ADM.

Talking to my dealer, who is wildly successful, car sales hit a wall last week with all the debt crisis talk. I'm guessing it's legit and they're just trying to unload inventory. It doesn't seem too hard to find regular Boss cars at MSRP at this point in the year, so listing it at MSRP seems reasonable.

It is 609 so it has been there for a little while. I guess some dealers figure it is best to actually sell a car then let it sit for a year with an ADM. They may have tried. The VIN is legit, CO/White with Recaros but not the cover. The price listed is MSRP.

As others have mentioned, MSRP on a Boss is getting easier. My call to the dealer took about 5 minutes, including my credit card down payment.
The dealers holding out for an ADM may be wishing they didn't in the fall of '12 when the snow flies and they still have a '12 Boss in the showroom.
CO/white is definatly uique.

I currently have 445 regular Bosses in my database. The colours break down as follows. The numbers aren't exactly representative as I hit a batch of 58 consecutive YB cars recently.
CO/Black: 142
CO/white: 13
RR/Black: 56
RR/White: 13
YB/Black: 100
YB/White: 1 (the only one made) - by the way, I now have a lead on the owner of this car. Hopefully I will be able to get some pics soon.
Kona/White: 65
PW/Black: 55
CO/Black: 142
CO/white: 13
RR/Black: 56
RR/White: 13
YB/Black: 100
YB/White: 1 (the only one made) - by the way, I now have a lead on the owner of this car. Hopefully I will be able to get some pics soon.
Kona/White: 65
PW/Black: 55

i am surprised there are so many YB cars. not that it is a bad color, i just figured the white, orange, red cars to be the most popular.
PS- That color combo makes me throw up in my mouth a little.
