No it does not.

The claim being the Fuel/Air (F/A) ratios delivered by the intake are within the calibration tables of the OE (Original Equipment) Boss tune.

In the Mustang Daily writeup it states Retail $299....I wonder where they got that figure....Closer to it's true worth I'd say.

Steep price but looks pretty nice, but I find it hard to believe any gain over 5hp without a tune.
I don't see any sound tube connection.

That's a mis quote. The CF intake Tube is $299 the whole kit is $499.
