I ran into the Ford Dealer I use for service and they had a Kona Blue just like mine sitting in the show room. I tried to buy one from them but at the time they were asking over sticker. They sold all theirs and got this one from another dealer. The manager said they would be reasonable, whatever that means.

I neither recommend or discourage you from talking to them. I made one phone call to them back when I was shopping and was told 5000 over. That was May of last year. I went over later when they actually had one on lot and the salesmen told me they would sale me one at sticker. Already had mine on order then with a dealer a few hours away. So as I said, I have no idea what reasonable means to them.

I will offer a bounty of a steak dinner to anyone outside of the Knoxville area swooping in to buy this thing and take it out of here. I have yet to see another Boss in the area at all. There is one, just have not seen it. Sort of like being the only Kona Blue.

Dude, have you seen the flame wars started here because of dealer recommendations.
I had no desire to get in the middle of one of those for a dealer that I have not dealt with other than normal service.

As for the steak supper, that stands but the ‘get it out of the area’ is more tongue in cheek. Knoxville is decent sized so even if someone here buys it we more than likely won’t be seeing each other much.
