Doubt it. If it doesn't get MFT, which I don't think it will, I don't expect to see much change on the radio system.

 

I hope whatever styling changes Ford makes, they spend most of the effort on the rear of the car - Ford needs to ditch all the black lower cladding and clean up the rear styling.

Has anyone heard of any other color options? I'm thinking of ordering a '13 but probably not until late in the production run. Like Scott, don't really want to ding up my low production '12.

I came close to buying a 2012 GT500 a couple of times but I'm glad that I've been able to wait for the 2013 Boss. Still hoping for a metallic blue to be offered but if not one of these colors will be just fine.

 

I believe Sonic Blue is going to be your only choice in blue.

you can always change out the radio for the stock 2013 stuff

 

Probably won't work as I believe the wiring harness is different. Plus cabin mics. You could do it, but it won't be an easy swap.

 

^ What he said. It's not a simple plug and play replacement. You'd need a new harness, rear view mirror (where the mic is located) and the head unit itself. Most likely a very pricey upgrade.

Sonic Blue is/was supposed to be available for 'job 2' for 2012 MY Boss and Shelbys but I haven't seen any yet, and imo SB is on the border of purple from all of the pics I've taken a look at.

Any of the 2013 Boss colors look great but I want to choose a color that I'll be able to live with for a long time. I had a GB '70 B302 (originally med blue and restored back to) several years ago that was fun but after a while, I dunno the color may get to be a little too much.

I could live with white but may be too bland. Right now I'm thinking that the pearl green color harkens back to some of the greens they used in the late sixties and could be a great classic looking color on the Boss. Not too loud like GB or the school bus yellow but with enough color so its not too bland like white.

 

do we think with some of the other things they are adding in (hids, sync, upgraded guages) the 13 might offer some other options than the recaro/diff package?

 

Given how '12 owners are complaining on how their seats are wearing, a leather option would be great

The thing that interests me most is the new gauge cluster and lcd screen. I'd love to have something like that in mine, although it probably won't be possible

 

Has anyone seen anything where it has been confirmed that HID, SYNC and LCD screen will be added to the Boss 302?

If the 2012 Boss was available with SYNC, HID and leather I would have one in my garage right now. Looks like waiting was a good move. Hopefully Ford also decides to make leather available on the 2013.
