Making BIG assumtions here:

if 3000 std Boss 750 LS per year

if production is evenly spaced out:

250 std Boss 62 LS per month

I still can't believe Ford won't build more of these if demand stays strong...the profit for Ford and dealers has to be greater or equal to that of GT, V6s, and Gt500s. I understand where they are getting the numbers from ('69 and '70 runs) but nostalgia rarely makes for a good business decision. But then again I don't have an MBA or a corner office.

There a chance Ford will be losing money on this car once you add the R&D and promotion cost. I think it is more of a PR product anyway.

You also have to understand the car wouldn't get the same amount of hype or interest if it was widely available. I know many people that won't buy a sports car if anyone could walk up and buy one. I got a Q1 Boss 302 that is on the rail right now just because this car is hard to get so I wanted one.

Realize though, that even if they open up production to meet demand, there still won't be a lot of these cars out on the streets. It's a narrow market, mostly limited to those that can afford an extra car and want one built mostly for performance versus luxury.
