I'm probably never going to do any further engine modification on my car. A few years from now this is exactly what I hope to be doing, can't wait til there is as much documentation on this swap as their is for putting pushrod EFI in the old cars
Also, excellent colors

It should work, it will just have a lower rpm and a bit lower compression, so a bit less HP. not by much though. RPM will be limited to 6500 like the truck due to the non forged crank.

very cool, my next thing i dont understand is hooking up the 5.0 harness to the dash harness or whatever.
in other words, I understand hooking up the 5.0 control pack (pcm and harness) to the ENGINE and things like that, but how about from the car? to get my gauge cluster to work and all that fun stuff. since this PCM replaces the original PCM. would be nice if there was a harness it snaps.

project is coming along nicely! Will you guys do a full write-up when all is said and done? It'd be great to have a really detailed guide for researching this.
