Quick update, some black to go with the yellow blaze
Night pictures aren't exactly the forte of the lens combo I was using (nor flattering for yellow blaze cars), but alas, a quick update:
The top of the side stripes will be trimmed slightly, and a 302 decal will be placed at the top (I think this will help reduce the awkward feel they have where they just arbitrarily end in the fender, I should have had competition graphics cut them like they do for the 302R cars, wording and all and just gone from there).
edit: friend posted this on facebook earlier in the evening, he randomly caught me on the highway here:

Very nice! The 302 will really cap the stripes perfectly. As an old school guy I prefer "302" over "5.0". The YB looks great in that light, kind of a mellow sunset colot.

Blainestang, they're eurotek wheels, very similar to the RTR wheels (and in vein of the Boss302R BBS wheels)

Its funny how in some of those pictures the Yellow Blaze could pass for Grabber Orange.

Looks pretty good.
What about getting the hood spears that branch off to the side stripe to tie it all together so the side stripes don't look like they just hang out there? Even with the "302" at the top of the side stripe it may still look disconnected.

I'm a little late to this thread but I think even the night shots looked awesome. I'll admit I am not a fan of the '10+ rears or grilles, everything else is amazing on those years. However, the Mustangs I see here on TMS really make it hard to not admire the beauty of them. Probably because all the '10+ models I see on the streets are all stock with no attention to them like here.
Job well done.
