Window sticker dates

There seems to be two dates on window stickers, one at the top with the word Blend underneath. I assume it’s a date with a 1 in front of it. For example 120180905 I’m guessing is Sept 9, 2018.

The second is at the very bottom just below the MSRP.

I thought the blend date was just before the car is built but the date at the bottom seems to be before the blend date on the stickers I’ve been seeing online. Anyone know what these dates really represent?

Thanks Gravydog but that doesn’t really explain what the dates printed on the Window Sticker actually represent.

Anyone know what the two dates represent?

Using a " VehicleVisibilityWeb/historyOrderStatus " sheet for both my 2014 Shelby GT500 & 2017 F150 Scab, I find the following:
.
The date @ the top of a window sticker, ( only visible on the website copy ) ( blend ) is the date that the vehicle was produced.
The date @ the bottom of the window sticker, below MSRP, ( & found on both copies ), is the " sent to plant " date.
So:
For my 2014, the " sent to plant date " is Aug. 06 2013,............the " blend " date is Aug. 13 2013.
For my 2017, the " sent to plant date " is July 17 2017,.............the " blend " date is July 24 2017.
.
The " blend " date also matches the date of Mfg. that is on the driver's side door jam sticker.
.

Thanks everyone! I was basically trying to see if I could determine by window sticker dates, how long a given vehicle may have been on a dealer lot. Is it a fair assumpt that from the blend (approximate build date) to dealer could be 2-4 more weeks?

Yes. It could sit for 2-4 weeks in the big lot at Flat Rock waiting to be shipped to Ford dealerships.
