2 things i noticed. he says its the track pack, so it has LSD. but dont all mustangs have LSD? and i found it odd that the GT was only 10MPH faster on the straight away.

 

10 mph on a track is a big deal.

 

A clutch-pack style LSD is standard equipment. The '15 track pack comes with a Torsen.

 

The track pack, really called the performance pack now doesn't have square rubber as he states. It's 255 in front and 275 in the rear. Did Ford bring a GT PP with a square wheel setup?

 

Watching these vids was well worth the time. Now I want to drive one.

 

1st thing, did he say he was the last of 10 drivers also ?? Plus did the ford guys drive them first ? Was their any cool down in between..... So who knows what might have been going on with the cars by the time he drove them especially the turbo car... Not impressed by his driving also, maybe he is not a walk and chew gum at the same time kind of guy...

Good video. Illustrates what I've been saying all along. Unlike the TMS staff propaganda about preferring the EB versus the coyote at the track, this as well as other comparison tests show you the honest truth. EB is slow. No one will choose the EB over the v8 for track days.
