Of course this is speculation brother. But it's still entertaining!
The "black" one definitely has some sort of whine on the decel. Sounds more high rpm, high pitched turbo whine to my ear, which might explain a different engine note (turbos can puree even a lumpy bent crank V8 exhaust note a bit.) I don't think it sounds like a six.
My guess at this moment is that they're testing both GT350 (n.a. Boss replacement) and GT500 (blown GT500 replacement) models.

You tell them otherwise, but they will sh#t all over you with ignorant remarks.
If people making stupid assumptions is new to you, you might want to take a break from the internet.
Definitely going to take down the z28 camaro. Sounded N/A to me. This the fpc v8 we have heard about? That voodoo baby. I won't lie, it would be a tempting to trade my '14 gt500 for it. With those carbon ceramics this will NOT be cheaper than the outgoing gt500.
A third video! Video Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2084XOt-Sj4
Absolutely not supercharged. It could be NA or turbocharged. I thought I heard some turbo noises on a few of those.
I am going to guess Turbo but its so faint I could be wrong.
I don't really like the fender vents behind the front wheels since it clashes with traditional Mustang styling but I can get over it since they are there for function.

Agree with this, my thinking is a sport or "race" exhaust for the gt350r to support maybe better breathing for a few more hp vs the standard gt350 or some kind of track key setup?

The only thing missing on this is the useless 2 ft ricer wing painted in grey primer. The production design looks too Euro, and this styling looks too ricer
I`m still predicting the "mid cycle" facelift will be an early 2017 that comes out in mid 2016

I'm excited about the new "Special" models. I might one day pick one up. I'm interested to see how much they can push the IRS until it breaks. Watching that last video the pace the more aggressive model is moving, especially around the Karousel, was sub 8 minute. I know this because I just went around the ring in a friends car at that pace in his track prepped M3. It looked very settled and I'm very happy to see that.

I have Kooks axlebacks and just ran the Ring. No one cares how loud your exhaust is unless you drive around reving your motor when you get back. You don't realize how loud a Lambo or Ferrari is at WOT until they are next to you trying to pass you on the Ring. I'm excited about the new "Special" models. I might one day pick one up.
