Shaker Pro...thoughts/added weight?

I added it into my order because I don't want to mess with replacing speakers or any of that and risking rattles. I know it's not worth the cost, but what are your thoughts on how the new model stacks up?

Also, is the added weight significant and would the sub in the trunk weigh down the rear in any way?

I kind of wish I had added it to my 2014, but it was cost prohibitive.

I guess what bothers me is the Shaker 500 is "pretty good" but aftermarket upgrades get invasive quickly. I think I could have lived with the Shaker Pro but it was a lot of dough for something to "live with."

As far as weight, I would say it won't affect the handling characteristics very much. I don't know how much they weigh, but if 30 lbs or so turns you off, don't get a subwoofer, period. For the street, you wouldn't notice it.
