Agreed. S550 is very muscular!

Hmmm, I like the idea, but not many 4-seaters can pull it off without the big-butt-syndrome. Plus it adds weight reduces trunk space.

VERY nice looking! I always liked the deeper reds over the lighter shades, just gives it a richer, classier look that I think shows off the Stang's lines and contours better. The other red just looked a bit washed out to my eyes and somehow hid the Stang's contours more.

Ruby Red is nice, but I hate painting that color. It's a tri-coat and the mid coat is a candy. It's expensive to paint as well.

 

Really like the Ruby Red! The only thing is it's a dark color & they're harder to keep clean! Might as well also consider Black at this point.

 

I've narrowed my choices down to Ruby Red or Triple Yellow. This is gonna be a tough choice. The Ruby Red really goes nice on the new body lines even better than the outgoing model.

 

I can't get over how good the 15 looks in this color. I can't make up my mind whether this or deep impact blue is my favorite color.

So True! I can speak from experience. My Dad traded his Silver 2009 F-250 in for his current Ruby Red 2013 F-150. The Siver Truck could be filthy dirty and you could hardly tell, but the Ruby Red gets dirty so quickly and no matter how well you dry it after washing it shows water spots. I made the same mistake with my last Thunderbird. I swore after my Black 87 Turbo Coupe I wouldn't ever own another Black car, so when I found my Titanium Silver89 Supercoupe i fell in love and it was so easy to keep clean, but when I found My 97 LX T-Bird I Loved the Moonlight Blue. Long Story Short, I now ammend my statement, I will Never Own Another Dark Colored Car again. That Moonlight Blue was just as hard to keep clean as a Black car.

Saying that, Ruby Red does look Amazing on this car. It's just not a color I would buy. I'm still leaning toward Ingot Silver or Maybe Tripple Yellow, but Silver is Top of the List.

 

Dark colored cars are a lot easier to maintain if they are garaged. If you don't have a garage or space in the garage and it's out in the elements no thanks!

Really looks good in Ruby. Our 11 is Candy Red..so pretty close. I'm wanting to see more pics of Competition Orange.
