performance package

I'm thinking about ordering the performance package on a 2016 GT.
Does the addition of this option make the every day ride much harsher?

It has stiffer suspension so it will ride a little rougher, but for the better! The PP is well worth the money, especially for the brembo brakes, just wish they were on the rear too, and color caliper options.

I daily drive my Ecoboost Performance Package Mustang and the ride is surprisingly good, not at all harsh.

Ride is subjective for sure. I find the PP great on good roads but pretty harsh on bad roads. I suggest driving both cars on rougher roads and go from there.

I like my PP but usually drive on good roads.

I don't find it particularly harsh myself but the bigger radiator, 6 pot brakes, and torsen really make it worth the extra bucks.

I have the PP with the Eibach Sportlines, so it's pretty low. I have no issues with the ride, and actually find it much better than my 06 which has a moderate spring/suspension kit (from Ford Racing). The IRS on the new cars makes a big difference to the ride IMO.

The price for the PP is a bargain compared to getting it done afterwards, I say go for it.

Good point! Since I live in California and our road system resembles roads in the Third World I'll defenitely try both!
