I still don't get Fords way of thinking...Probably cars won't get to owners into late aug (summer all but over). They should have had this puppy ready for spring sales!

 

^ This. Every year they're out with it ridiculously early. Now gonna miss the whole summer..

 

New models used to come out in August/September. Companies kept pushing it up earlier and earlier. I remember seeing an ad for a car. New '04 blah blah. It was Jan 03! They are just trying to get back on track.

 

I'm going to need to see touch feel & drive one first! If I like then I'll probably order one still undecided on color though. So I may wait till 2015 & maybe until they announce the SVT.

 

My guess is they would have liked to have them on dealer lots by the beginning of summer but something caused a delay. Last year Ford showed prototypes of the replacement for the E-Series van - the Transit - and they said they would be out the summer of 2013. They're still not here and if you look at Ford's website now, it says summer 2014. Stuff happens.
