I was really hoping that by the title "It's a Small World..." that we could be expecting a smaller Mustang. Unfortunately that isn't the case. Hopefully this will lead to us never having to say "Why don't they have that here?"
Nope, don't want a smaller Mustang, thanks. I want to be able to take my wife and 2 kids with me
Saying that, I'm wondering if that is a 1/1 scale model. It certainly looks pretty small to me, although if those are 18" fanblades, maybe it's not so small afterall! Still, it looks smaller than the Fiesta, some I'm guessing it's not a 1/1!
I know they've barely worked any clay, but that looks like the start of an SN95

Remember the Iaccoca Mustang, that wasnt the last we have seen of the fastback, I bet..
Well, I guess it's hard to definitively make out anything with such a rough clay model, but to me it almost looks like something along the lines of another refresh rather than a total "next-gen" redesign. I do seem to see at least a hockey stick (or the beginnings of a c-scoop) and possibly more voluptuous hips. The roofline almost seems to have more of a notch back look to it, perhaps along the lines of the Camaro. The rear end still looks large and somewhat ungainly, to me a weak point of the '05-10+ design. Personally I'd like to see the Mustang get smaller and leaner to further accentuate its advantage over the Camaro and Challenger. A 3300-3400lb Mustang with a 400+ HP 5.0 would be awesome to me.
well its nice to see the hips are coming back, if this is a 2014. id wanna say i see a 69 like roofline but **** i hope its not that low. thatd be camaro-like visibilty. as far as the model under the cover, i'd prolly say its the same one to far left, i see a very similar shape.
Love the trunks...
Hopefully ford will continue the trunk line and sweet metal bending!

Well, Ford's announcement yesterday that the Mustang and the Falcon will share the same platform definitely mixes things up a bit. My first impression of the rooflline was that they were working on a 4-door model, apart from the wheelbase dimension. I am really curious about the two cars under the covers.
