Holy gigantic ****ing tires!!! Those front tires have to be 285's or 305's .... Those things are gigantic!!!

I just wanna know about the engine. I could use a Ford 5.2 block and maybe some worked over 2015 heads and GT350 Valvetrain would be sweet!

Awesome find!
The only paparazzi I like is car paparazzi. lol

I really hope they bring the SVT Cobra name back though.

I always enjoyed having SVT be a part of Ford like AMG to Mercedes and M to BMW.

SVT never left and remains as Ford's performance group.. Every Shelby GT500 from 2007 to present all have SVT badging on them..

Other than just having the Shelby name on them, they're technically still SVT Cobras..

Of course! I just want it to be the SVT Cobra again, not the Shelby GT500.

I remember when it first came out though, I used to call it the Ford SVT Shelby GT500 Cobra. lol ... since all had a part in it.

wonder what the front fascia is going to look like, since they are covering it you know its going to look somewhat different.

Interesting that c+d thinks this is a gt500; else where speculation is gt350. Looks like ford is doing a good job keeping the wraps on this, everyone is still guessing.

Nice find! Totally second that the name should be the 2016 Ford SVT Shelby GT500 Cobra. Lol!

Those tires are friggin wide! Car and Driver still says it will have the "Trinity" engine in it as well as still being called the GT-500. I wonder why they are so much different on their opinion compared to everyone else. Everybody else says it will be a NA Coyote based engine. Ford has been very good about being tight lipped about the Mustang through the whole process. The April NYIAS will reveal what is lurking under the hood for us.

There was no Cobra added on. It was just Ford Shelby GT500.

Those are some wide front tires. Look like old vet rims.

I suspect a GT 350 (confidence level moderate) with tweaked bodywork, chassis (fat tires included) and 5.x motor included (potentially flat crank screamer). Beyond the quantity of stick (fat tires, easy to do) will be the quality of stick (massive suspension improvements). If Ford's recent tuning successes with the Focus/Fiesta twins is any indication, great driving joy lies ahead, along with imposing raw numbers.

PS rims just cardboard covers over actual BBS'esque actual hoops.

These must be production ready wheels under those plastic wheel covers held in place with zip ties. Nice set up Ford.
