Is anyone else having issues with 9.2.1 and BT Phone calls on Sync 3? I just updated yesterday and now my phone calls are choppy. BT Music seems unaffected.

I've already unpaired and repaired. Same result.

I've got a device with 9.2 I'm going to test with and possibly try 9.3beta.

I haven't heard of any issues so far. Have you tried soft resetting your iPhone? If not, try holing down the POWER BUTTON and the HOME BUTTON until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

You can also try rebooting SYNC 3 by holding down the POWER BUTTON and the LEFT SEEK ARROW ON SYNC.

Is that the Power button in the middle of the upper console plus a soft button, or both hard buttons?

I did perform a Master Reset in the Sync General menu, but that did not work. I have a phone on 8.3, 9.2 and 9.2.1. Only the 8.3 and 9.2 versions work without issue. This is certainly a 9.2.1 issue.

I will also try a soft reset on my 9.2.1 phone and am going to update a phone to 9.3 beta.

 

As a data point, 9.3 beta works well. My 9.2.1 still does not work after a soft reset.

 

Thanks! I have heard 9.3 resolved some other issues for customers. It looks like we're going to have to wait on the official release to resolve the connectivity issues that began with 9.2.

Also, the reboot process would be done with the hard power button and the soft seek button.
