What about the Ford Falcon, that is coming back in the 2015 model year, yes? Could one of these concepts actually be a Falcon instead of a Ford Tortoise?
The front facia is looking a bit Jaguar to me but at the end of the day, I'm just a sucker for classic lines. The SN95's from 96-98 are now JUST starting to grow on me but only in modified versions. Hopefully Ford won take the look of the Mustang into some strange new look with zigzag lines and a weird contoured shape..

this looks like it could be a start for a mustang...pretty undefined, but note:
fastback
no hockey stick(70 boss 302 stripes will work better)
flat rearend (no more 10-14 chamfered bumpers!)
the quarter glass is a bit large though- I still like the small 69-70 windows best

the quarter glass is long enough, a hidden rear door (like a RX8) could be there too... but doubt there will ever be a 4 door mustang.

I know there is a sales market to appeal to but sometimes you DO need to listen to the census' feedback who have invested in your product already.
This is the first I've heard of this. Where did you learn that Ford is bringing the Falcon back in 2015? Or are you talking about the Australian market?
The Aussie Falcon coming in 2014/15/16 is an update of the current one. Plans for an all-new Falcon to follow have not been set yet, at least not publicly.

I think the rear 3/4 shot of the fastback could very well be an early, crude look at what the next Mustang might look like. From what I can see, I rather like it but would prefer the quarter windows to be smaller and reshaped. I'd also like to see a c-scoop or something to make the sides look less slab-sided...
