Headrest rollover protection?
Hey everyone - new to the forum (be patient)!
I have a 2020 GT convertible (custom ordered first day Ford opened orders)
My question: does ANYONE know about built-in rollover protection in the headrests? I'm running my sweet baby out at PIR in a couple weeks but the track requires convertibles have rollover protection. Not spending a ridic amount of dough on a custom cage just for this! The racetrack says my GT may have rollover protection built into the headrests and says to check the vehicle spec sheet. Ford's spec sheet is vague.
Thanks for any help!

hmmmm . . . I don't know about the headrests, I doubt it . . . but my understanding for convertibles at track days, is that most late model convertibles are OK because the A-pillar (windshield) is built super-strong as required by the current specs . . . the organization that is running the even should be able to confirm whether your car is allowed, based on make/model/year

New here and found this thread after searching for the same info. Bought my 2021 GT/CS convertible last summer and am interested in taking the High Performance Driving class out at PIR, but was told I needed to find out what rollover protection the vehicle had. Is it simply that the A pillar is reinforced?
It has been very difficult to get any information from ANYONE, including Ford, in this regard. I am not looking to race this vehicle. I simply want to take that class because it's been years since I had anything sporty and just want to have some extra skills.
Any help would be much appreciated!
