delayed launch on next gen GT500?
I started another thread with similar questions but it got into the shelby vs SVT discussion so i will try again here with a more focused title.
Fact: the SN197 was launched in 04 as an 05 model year car but the shelby did not show up until 2007.
Question: Will we have to wait another 2 years after the 2014 for the next shelby model or will we get it right away? thoughts?

Will there even be a Next Gen Shelby?
Shelby and Ford started in 2004 with the
Ford Shelby Cobra Concept
Then the
2005 Ford Shelby GR1 Concept
I think it was a 10 year contract that is costing Ford a boatload on every car sold...
I think Shelby will become like it was in the early to mid sixties. Building cars out of their
Vegas Factory on a limited yearly prooduction run. Ford,IMHO, should build great factory cars
like Mach 1, Boss 302/351/429, Cobra, GT/CS, etc
