Base GT vs premium
So I can't help myself... I went looking again this afternoon, primarily to see the Guard color in person. It was in the shade and looked much more grey than I was expecting... but nice. That color would be stunning with a saddle interior.
I was a bit disappointed to see the same old hard plastic door panels in the base GT... must go premium to get the soft touch. Thought they'd fixed that in ALL the models.
It WAS nice to see the backup camera on the base GT (not the V6 I'd assume since backup sensors are optional). I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the ebony/ceramic cloth seats looked. At least when they're clean.
Took another close look at the 50 year appearance package compared to the base model... and the color matched 'extra' in the lower rear diffuser and the little wrap around splitter on the 50yr looks very, very nice.
I think I'm gonna sit tight for awhile and see if any of the 'minor' tweaks to the 5.0 turn problematic before I jump (burned twice now on Ford first-model year products).

Thanks for the correction on the backup camera... I noticed that was across the board this morning.

It's in the anniversary package also (if that's other than 68B). I've seen both the Eco and GT with the 50 yr option. I haven't seen a 'plain' GT premium... but that's REALLY disappointing. For that kind of money...
