Aftermarket Leather Seats

I'm looking at reupholstering the cloth seats, but I have absolutely no clue of where to even look, which brands might have a good reputation for quality, etc.

Anyone have any tips? Or pictures of reupholstered leather seats they've had done?

katzkin company is one of the biggest and well known leather seat cover manufacturers, with huge amount of colors and options, and great quality.

Katskinz best on the market, or wait till a set shows up on ebay.

To echo everyone, Katzkins are they best. Also check out Leatherseats.com. They use the same leathers as Katzkins but will ship directly to you in case you want to take on the challenge of installing them yourself or want to use an upholstery shop that isn't an authorized Katzkins installer.

I'd imagine they would sell leather takeoffs on eBay. Did that to a base mustang I had. Got them for around $350 from roush. Provably not available yet but they will be soon. The job isn't too difficult. Never did upholstery before and did it over an afternoon. Everything just clips on.

Thanks for the suggestions.

After looking at Katzkin and Leatherseats.com, I'm inclined towards the Leatherseats.com, mainly for the much greater customization options.

I see with leatherseats.com that they offer choices in how much of the covering is leather and how much is vinyl. Does anyone know what the mix would be on the factory leather seats? I don't offhand see why I would want 100% leather covering everything, but hey, maybe I'm wrong.

The seats in the 2015 premium are quite nice. Look for takeoffs.

I'll be going for the Katzskin leather as well. They have great customization and you can even get the same pattern as in the Premium cars

FYI Katzkin will offer you the same amount of customization but you have to call them. Leatherseats.com just has more available to configure online because they sell direct. Worth noting I actually called Leatherseats.com when I got my skins for my 2005 Mustang GT Vert. I don't know the exact mix as in percentage but all the seating surfaces (inserts) are full leather while the sides and backs are all vinyl. I believe the headrests are all vinyl as well.
