Al - 2011-2014 is essentially the same GT 5.0 motor (some very minor changes). I was responding to LaserRed (Patrick) who said:
I was pointing out that the existing motor (2011-2014 GT) already has some forged internals (rods & crank), so the 2015 enhancements are elsewhere.

Gotcha, I guess I forgot the rods and crank were forged on the 11-14s too...

Yeah, the Coyote GT motor is a pretty stout and capable package from the factory - with pretty modern technology (really only missing direct-injection). It's not the Boss powerplant, to be sure, but still very strong internally.
Sinter forged powdered metal rods, the rods are shaped using a sintering process then placed in a forge to further compact and densify the rod material.
If I remember right (if not I'm sure I'll be corrected) the 11-14 gt has forged rods where the boss has the same rods but also forged crank and pistons.
I believe the 15 gt picks up the boss crank but not pistons.

There's a lot of people who look at horsepower potential when buying a mustang. Not how much factory horsepower they come with stock. But how much power can I get out of it before it blows up. Hopefully the 15 does in fact have better internals.

As mentioned in my previous posts, 2011-2014 GT motor has forged rods and forged crank.

the Boss isn't Fully forged, it has powder forged rods, it is stronger, but is nowhere near actually forged.
Yes, I think i know what my engine has in it :P. They can only hold about the same power as a GT500 can which honestly is going to do the job for 90% of the people here. I guess I could have used better wording

Check the spec sheet. I think you are incorrect. 2011-2014 5.0 GT motor has a forged crank AND forged connecting rods.
