Very nice...

Of course, what do we do with all that power?

I'm probably jaded now... after watching the Bugatti Veyron with its initial 1,001 HP (now 1,200) and then other cars such as the Aventador with 700+, then the Hellcat with 707...

627HP sounds almost pedestrian!

Ok, ok, I know it isn't, that is an insane amount of power... frankly more than you can even use effectively, the rear wheels will just spin...

Can I have one with 4WD?

There's also a 700HP upgrade, provided of course you have over 80k to afford it lol.. On a lighter note, at least you can have your choice of either 6 spd manual or auto

At least we now know what Ford is rating the Roush/Ford Racing supercharger at now, 627 HP, instead of just saying over "600 HP".

hmmm.... 53K for the GT350 or 71K for the Shelby GT.... what should I do?? I'm guessing the GT350 is going to be a better driver for less. The Shelby can be had with an automatic, which I love...

either way. don't have it yet. I've started putting my lunch money in my piggy bank ;-)

That silver front grill is horrible, looks tacky as any other Ebay special right out of China.

Hmm, I'm not feelin it, at least not for 71k us. The whole thing looks a little too hurried to me. I'm preferring the roush look.

The Shelby GT will likely to have more creature comforts that will be missing on the GT350.

Yes, it is still a Mustange for $71K, that is another price range completely.

Still, that being said, it puts it up there with the Hellcat and Z/28...

But once in that price range, frankly I think I'd be happier with a Corvette Z06.

Good luck getting either car without a 10-25k mark up!

That makes my point even worse...

At $71K it is $30K cheaper than the Z06... which I can buy at sticker...

Mark it up $10-20K and then it REALLY becomes pointless...

I agree guys. I think it's ugly.
The power and torque numbers are nice, but I'm not digging the looks at all. Looks bluuugghhhhhh.

It will have whatever options you order on the new GT you buy and send to Shelby for the package to be installed.

While I really like the GT350... I don't care for this one... Too much fluff- especially the grille, as already mentioned.

ya it just looks too much like a committee car. doesn't look clean and attractive like current shelby's or the GT350.
