2019 Bullitt

Has anyone heard if Ford announced how many 2019 Bullitts will be built?

Saw this today. A Steeda Steve McQueen Edition.
http://www.steedavehicles.com/#/stev...ullittmustang/

"The Steve McQueen Edition of the Bullitt Mustang is strictly limited to 300 serialized versions (globally) per year."

I don't really know and haven't seen any specific announcement on this;

but my guess is they will build as many Bullitts as people buy/order

(I am not talking about the super-triple-extra-special Steve McQueen edition)

The best I can come up with is Ford is having the 'limited' Bullitt edition for 2019-2020. Limited to a 2 year run and not the number made like they did for 'special editions' in the past.

again I am not sure; but I don't think there was any predetermined number for the 2008-2009 Bullitts. I think the total was some weird number like 6259 or something (I don't know the real number, just making that up) and not some nice round predetermined number like 5,000 or 10.000. So I'm guessing that means they built as many as they sold, and it probably will be the same for 2019.

And I figure if Steeda is expecting to limit it to 300 units per year, they're expecting A LOT more than that to be made. I'm guessing only a fraction of Bullitt owners will go for the Steeda package.

Spotted a Bullitt today at our local car show. I guess I didn't realize they were in production yet. Guy said he's had it for about 2 months now.

Looks good. The one little detail that I noticed was that it had a brushed aluminum start button. Anyone selling those yet? I need to take a closer look at it.

The Bullitt uses the same stop start button as all Mustangs since model year 2018.
