Does anyone else think the car looks fairly lame in the NFS? The game accentuates the not so great parts of an otherwise great design.

 

I dont care for the game tho, looks like another generic drive on a rail, "bowling ball with side rails ON" kind of play.

 

Naw, it doesn't really work that way. If they put it 2015 in their games it will be a new asset from scratch. These games are sims, they are known for accuracy so using the old cars as a jumping off point would never happen with a car that is a complete re-design.

I say this with 18 years of experience as a game artist.

 

my 5.0 in need for speed rivals is faster than my porsche gt3...

 

To be fair, EA isn't exactly going for realism like a Forza or Gran Turismo.

 

yea im waiting for forza horizon. itll probably feature the new 5.0s as well. curren forza is fun but the closed courses really bug me

So is this still available? I just got my Ps4 and NFS Rivals...the only downloadable content seems to be unrelated to the 2015 Mustang.

 

I have it on PC and it came through an update, make sure you hook your ps4 up to the internet so it can get updates.

The car looks really great and sounds beastly in the game. I changed the color to replicate Competition Orange as closely as I could.
