Having seen it in person, I'd say it looks somewhat different. There are definitely green hues in it, but the grey makes the color change quite a bit in different lighting conditions. Perhaps it was a nod to highland green...

Spend $42-50k for a less than 25k miles z06. No way I'm paying close to $40k for a base gt.

That same car would've MSRP'd at $36.5k today....with x-plan that's a $34k car before tax. You can't beat that anywhere.

My Chrysler winter car does. I freaking hate it. I have 5k passes in every direction. I'm good with being awake enough to use the brakes as I see fit as I come down the other side. But the brakes, then the downshift of the auto and the subsequent higher engine revs, drives me nuts. So I have to remember to take it out of cruise on the descent.
For those that think thats a great feature, maybe a google car is in your future.

Is that for a base gt? Still more than I paid for my premium plus ($32k out the door).

Yes but add the Track Pack ($2500) and Recaros ($1600) to your car and see if you're lower than that...

Oh, when I see "base" I'm thinking barebones with no options.

Oil cooler is std on the GT now.

Trying to decide between the 50th appearance package (Raven Black) or no 50th & get the ebony interior. The build site shows no difference & no color options at all.

Site still needs updated! Anyone know what the difference is between the Raven Black & Ebony interiors? I mean they're both black! Is one darker & if so which one? Is the stitching different or a different color? This is bugging me & no idea what the aluminum panel on the dash will be!

Anyone know the answers or have any info on this?

Edit: Sorry one more question can you delete the spoiler if you choose the 50th appearance package?

Is the 50th anniversary package the one they are only making 1965 of?

No I'm speaking of the 50th appearance package not the 50th LE or limited edition! Two different things.

I checked that out earlier and wasn't sure on the two black options either.

However, the 50th Appearance Package already deletes the spoiler...

Did not know that! The build site (a work in progress) showed the spoiler when I chose the 50th appearance package.

That's what it says in the order guide at least...

In the photos I've seen, Raven Black appears to be darker than Ebony. You are correct the Build and Price site doesn't show the difference.

The only way to get no spoiler with the 50th anniversary appearance option is to order it in combination with the Performance Pack. When you do that, the 50th wheels get replaced by the Performance Pack wheels.

Otherwise, spoiler delete is not available on an EcoBoost or GT Premium in combination with the 50th anniversary appearance option.

I live in Florida so a 5 foot hill is big here, but I always thought you were supposed to downshift on long downhill grades to save the brakes.

We also have very long and boring stretches of highway. The turnpike is 2 lanes for 150 miles with only 3 exits between here and Orlando. There are lots of people that don't use cruise or change lanes right in front of you.... this is where Adaptive cruise is a god-send. I love to drive my car when I'm on an engaging road but no hills and no curves for miles on end is not engaging. For that kind of driving I'm happy to let the technology do the boring part of driving for me.

Why does dark saddle not show up as an option on the site? I've tried numerous combos and I've never seen that color as an choice.

There are a number of missing items still, that being one of them.
