Sounds good to me. Blower would probably be put off for a while. I'm thinking the Mach 1 won't come cheap. $40-41K to start if I had to guess. You're getting my hopes up.

I think that is very possible, when we look at classic mustang editions we think Shelby, boss, and Mach 1 and we somehow saw the return of the California special before the boss so I say anything is possible. I personally have my fingers crossed for a svt cobra or an svo

 

The Twister Special was actually a Kansas dealer customized Mach 1.

It was Ford sanctioned and they are still valuable, though I believe that Kansas dealer still owns the trademark.

I saw that as well. That's why it got me thinking about a 2014 SE again. If 2015 mules are rolling around, why not any spy shots on SE Mustangs, unless there won't be one.

 

Ooor the 2015 mule might actually be a mule for the 2014 SE? Be interesting to see an limited SE S197 with an IRS before it became widely available on the 2015.

 

A SE with IRS right before the platform goes global? Guess that woul make sense. That way Ford can test it out and work out any bugs so the 15 will be perfect. Not holding my breath on that one though. I can definitely see a SE brought up as a last hurrah for the s197 platform.

Well we had a bullitt back in 08 but the last Mach 1 was back in 03-04. I think its time for its return. Along with a cobra

 

I'd like to see a Mach 1 again. Factory aluminum louvers and all. Bullitt sounds good too...but then again so does a new cobra...so many to drool over!

Mach 1 with a n/a version of the 5.8 under the shelby hood, shaker system possibly, decals and rims, cloth recaros, torsen diff, carbon fiber driveshaft, quad tip exhaust with the side exit pipes like the boss.... So many options and sooo much drool haha

 

Number one is the conta would be devoid of all shelby badges, names, embroideries and such. Maybe a new emblem somewhat similar to either the new or previous viper badges. Different rim choices, redesigned front an rear fascias. Different hood and wing. And of course an IRS just like the 03-04 models. Could be a test bed in a way for the 15 models that way they can work out any bugs and kinks so the platform will be right when it goes global

 

I guess you'll be taking off the cobra's too
