SYNC won't recognize one album (four songs)?

SYNC won't recognize one album (four songs)?
So I have a 2011 GT Premium with navigation & SYNC. SYNC plays all of my music via a USB flash drive, around 3,000 songs (14GB), works great. Over the years I've cleaned up most (if not all) of the files with accurate tags and album art, etc. I even have a program that helps with that ('Tag & Rename')...works great BTW. However, there is one album with four songs that SYNC stubbornly won't recognize, it places them into 'Unknown' as the artist and album. The tags and properties of the four songs look perfect, but SYNC is not playing nice. The song files look perfect in iTunes, and Windows Explorer, and my wife's Audi, too. I've tried this for months, with no luck. Any ideas or help?
