I have a 13 vert gt 5.0 and when I get the fuel to the top in the filler neck it leaks fuel but only when the filler neck is to the top. had a 10 gt 4.6 and it did the same thing. 13 has 29K and the 10 had 45k. is something wrong or is this normal

If the the tank is full and you keep trying to top it off off then yes it will come out!

 

Yes, there is an overflow tube that the fuel will come out of if you overfill it.
