Squeak and whine

I've got two things going and they both started after I lowered my car. The first is a nasty squeak during suspension travel on my passenger side. When I bounce the car standing still I can replicate it sometimes. When I replicate it, it vibrates the whole front end and It seems to be coming from the front of the car near the radiator. But that could be because i feel the vibration there. Inside the car, it sounds like its coming from the front lower control arm or upper strut mount. It's very confusing. I've had front lca issues before and this squeak sounds different. Sometimes over speed bumps it's really loud, sometimes it not there at all. I took it in to have a guy check it out, but I couldn't replicate it because the ground wasn't very level, so I got frustrated and left because they where taking a long time. I have video's of the noise but dunno how to post them. I hope it's the front lca.

Second issue is slight gear whine around 40-50. I've only noticed it after my lca install. I've had these gears for a year with no issues. I'm worried about adding a uca now because it'll be worse. What should I do?
