I was drying my car off after a wash and got to the passenger mirror and dangling out was the projector It barely stays in - it seems like the clip may have broke. I thought I read about other peoples lamp falling out but I couldn't find a topic on it

 

That sucks. Put some tape on it temporarily to hold it in the mirror until you can get it fixed. Then stay out of those car washes. Find a wash-it-yourself place where you pressure wash it yourself. Good luck with the fix.

 

replacement clip broke again sometime this week, gotta take it back again. This makes me wonder if the side mirror housing slot for it is too small and putting too much pressure on the clip...or maybe I just got two bad ones

 

Same thing happened to mine how much did it cost to replace?
