paint problem
I think you found a hole in the ozone layer! LOL Just kidding! Its hard to tell really. Looks like possibly a bubble in the paint or a run. That Grabber Blue is a wierd color in pictures because it doesnt gloss like the other cars from what i have seen. What happens if you push on it? Is it hard or does it depress or move? Be carful because if its a bubble it may crack and then start to peel.

Its another wonderful Ford paint quality miss. I have a horrible one on my roof, and am in talks with ford to get the car bought back I refuse to have a car with a ton of paint work that should have been caught at the factory. Call your dealer and call ford customer service and open a case with them. Dont let them tell you that your only option is to have some cheapass body shop that ford will make you go to, to get it fixed. Stick it to them. Heres mine.....

Yeah, go to your local ford dealer. Your color will be 10x easier to match than mine, so odds are they are not going to budge on wanting to fix it. But luckily for you, this type of fix is not something a certified Ford dealer can so and they will have to farm it out to a local body shop. Let them fix it, and if its not perfect, deny it and let them do it over and over. Soon enough you will qualify for lemon law if you want to take it that far. Thats what my dealer told me. If it was a mechanical issue, then it would be fixed in house and can be guaranteed. Body work and paint can not be.
OK, no need to over react here. If it's a paint run, it's an easy fix... and many Ford dealers do have body shops (not that they're any better than another local shop.)
05GT is correct. Its an easy fix for any bodyshop. A little wetsanding and another shot of clear in that area and it will be all good. Definitely take it in and get the dealership to look at it though. No reason for a brand new car to have to be taken to a bodyshop to have factory problems addressed.
It's pretty common for factory touch-ups to happen. There is a ding or blemish at the plant and they basically make a small body shop repair right there before the car ships. The dealer should fix it at Ford's expense. That's what it looks like to this paint guy...
