Have roadside assistance tow it to the dealership ASAP.

 

If it dies while driving yet starts right up it can't be the charging system. So id say it'd deal with the electronics system.. maybe a short or loose wire somewhere? Is it running rough like a misfires of somesort. The new ford crownvics ( I work for the police as a mechanic) have a automatic **** off if to many misfires are seen within a certain amount of time

May be irrelavent to your problem, but my interior sources were doing this(lights, audio, etc....) and it was a loose connection in the underhood distribution center, tightened everything, never happened again.
