Hmmm...no mention of low oil indication (it does mention low pressure) in the '13 manual....maybe I missed it.

I had that noise you speak of..... Wasn't pleasant at all

Hello Xar,

I am concerned about your comments regarding your experience with this dealer. Please PM me your VIN, dealer, mileage, and contact info so I can get your experience and concerns documented for you.

They sure do, guys. The info is on page 111 in the Owner’s Guide.

Went back today, things were much better, not sure if Deysha contacted my dealer or not, but they were nicer... they still need to be trained in customer service which is disappointing as I personally think the car buying / servicing experience should be top priority for dealers, especially in a smaller city like I live in where there are only 3 Ford dealers withing a 20 mile radius (next is 200-300 miles away).... I dunno, I'm really happy with my company and my job, probably one of the few, so I take my work with a bit more friendliness than others... I should apply to run their service department - I'd get a great discount on parts and labor if I did!!!

Oh god if I ever have to show a guy that's working on my car where something is or how to do it, that's when I grab the keys and drive !

That's what I hate... if someone tries to watch me work on their car I go to the restroom for 10 min. If he is still watching I go get a snack. After that I talk with the adviser and let him know I will not fix the car with the Guy staring over my shoulder..

I said I watched, not over his shoulder but from a distance.

And I never understand this. I like my car. I care about it. I am not able to work on my car myself in my home due to certain factors so I am not against paying professionals to handle the work. But that time you're just a little too trusting and something happens? Professionals can get complacent - I am one I know.

If the shoe was on the other foot...if it was the other way around. If it was your $500/wheel rim being mounted...

You have someone standing over your shoulder waiting for you to **** up and see how you like it. You wanna watch? Watch from a distance. No need to be all up in my workplace

Millions of people work with people watching them - either customers or co-workers or mgmt. What makes a wrench so special??

I will watch from wherever the tech, supervisor, and I agree on. I have seen good techs screw up because of to much customer input when watching to close.

I don't care about other jobs.
Its simple. You want to watch. Then respect me and watch from a distance. You wanna be up in my grill. Then your car is sitting there until you leave

I agree with that. But I want to see and learn. And I try to do so without bugging anyone. But a mechanic or shop can forget telling me to stand in the corner.
