I am concerned about your comments regarding your experience with this dealer. Please PM me your VIN, dealer, mileage, and contact info so I can get your experience and concerns documented for you.
Deysha
Went back today, things were much better, not sure if Deysha contacted my dealer or not, but they were nicer... they still need to be trained in customer service which is disappointing as I personally think the car buying / servicing experience should be top priority for dealers, especially in a smaller city like I live in where there are only 3 Ford dealers withing a 20 mile radius (next is 200-300 miles away).... I dunno, I'm really happy with my company and my job, probably one of the few, so I take my work with a bit more friendliness than others... I should apply to run their service department -
I'd get a great discount on parts and labor if I did!!!

I said I watched, not over his shoulder but from a distance.
If the shoe was on the other foot...if it was the other way around. If it was your $500/wheel rim being mounted...

Its simple. You want to watch. Then respect me and watch from a distance. You wanna be up in my grill. Then your car is sitting there until you leave
