Thanks Deysha! Once I make an appointment to go in I'll PM you all the info. I had called a second dealer but they told me they couldn't help me because I had gone to the first dealer for this issue. So I'll go back to my original dealer and keep you posted.

Thanks again!

I went to the dealership on Tuesday and it was warm out there.(~50s) So, my car did not produce any kind of noises. BUT! i recorded the sound previous day and let the service manager listen to the sound.
The "service manager" told me that it might be a sway bar.. but puzzled.

Here's the best part of the day though..
I live in NY.. & Dealer is at NJ.. I had to drive an hour to get there.
I checked in my car at dealer BUT the loaner's car was not availiable since im under 25 yrs old..LAMO..
i have to go back again this thursday with my cousin who is old enough to get the loaner's car...AMAZING.

But good thing is that, Thursday temparature seems to be cold enough to generate the sound again. Hopefully everything works out.

Hopefully i give you some good news later
I am also going to show this threads to the manager, so it might be helpful for him to get it fix or diagonose the problem

Really embarrassing to hear these kind of noises from brand new car..
yup, warmed up this weekend and a few days and creak gone, thump back. Still waiting on unrelated parts before I take it back in

FINALLY GUYS. MY BABY IS FIXED

I'm happy to announce the good news to whoever is experience the same issue.

The problem was the "Bushing" which is connected with the sway bar.

The problem was Not only the left side bushing but also the right side bushing.

Whoever has the same issue as mine, don't hesitate to change the both bushing. At least for me, there are no more of clunking noises after changing the both bushings.

SO, Go to your dealer and check it out.

I recommend you to record the noises and let the service manager or mechanics hear the sound. That's what i did.
(Just in case the weather warms up...then no more sound)

If you live near in NY or NJ, i recommend you to go visit the "ALL AMERICAN FORD" Hackensack, NJ, one with the "520 riverside...etc".

They are really friendly and i personally think that they are the best dealers & servicers ever!!

They EVEN explained it to me in depth of details why it was causing these noises!

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! PROBLEM SOLVED!

Awesome!! That's great to hear! Was it all covered under warranty or did you have to pay? I'm only 40 minutes away from that dealer so if I don't get everything settled with my dealer once I go back, then I'll go there.

You just gave me hope!

Everything is under warranty.

i recommend you to go to the hackensack service center rather than dealing with your current location dealer.

Go find Kenneth Whyte (service manager) 201)487-6700 and tell them you are here because of the driver side clunking noises. He'll pretty much know what you need to replace since he just had me.

Say that you were recommended from "Park" Black GT 2013 mustang GT

Hope it helps cleve.

Just an update. I went this morning to my current dealer which I've been going to for all of this. The last time I went they told me it was now the right shock that needed to be replaced (this is after the first visit when they told me the left shock was bad and I got that replaced).

So today I got my right shock replaced from them and finally I got some progress because they said they installed the right shock but they actually were hearing the noise this time I was talking about. They said they installed the shock and still heard the noise so they checked and they found out it was in fact the rear sway bar. They ordered just the end links I believe (I'm not sure about the bushings) and they'll call me when they get the parts in.

Finally some progress! And I was just about to go to a different dealer but glad I get to stay with these guys. We'll see if the sounds is gone once the end links get installed soon. They felt bad that I had told them on the first visit that this is what I thought the issue was, and many visits later they finally agree with me. So at least I got 2 free shocks in this. We'll see how this ends up!

Thanks for the info guys. I'm going to go with your diagnoses. It's also the left side on mine that makes by far the most noise.

But it's weird. The other day at temp 36F I drove along the whole length of the worst paved road I've ever seen. Normally I avoid it, it makes me laugh too hard (the only smooth parts of this whole road are the speed bumps, which are of course totally unneeded...irony) and is hard on the car. During several miles I only heard two very tiny squeaks that would never bother me.

The next day the temp was about the same yet every blip in the pavement made a loud creak. The difference was it was snowing a bit and the bushings probably got somewhat wet, so that seems to be a factor too. Oh well, they seem to have changed the bushing rubber not so long after my car was built, so they must have had a good reason.

Update. Parts came in and took car in. Rear links were loose it says on my invoice. Squeaking and clunking are now gone.

Funny thing is, dealer never listens what people on the forum are saying.
Perhaps, they think they are "smarter" than people on the forums. :<

Anyways, the problem should be solved if one of the parts get replacement. (Either bushing or sway bar).

It can't be shocks. but if the dealer wants to replace the shocks then go for the free shocks replacement! since its new! and then tell them it might be bushing or sway bar. lol. GET A FREE REPLACEMENT TO A NEW ONE!!!

Good luck guys!

Exactly promustang13! They didn't want to listen to the person that found the problem online because after all, they're the mechanics lol.

But finally I just got both the end links and the bushings replaced yesterday and there is no more sound! I'm so happy this is over, I've been to my Ford dealer so many times in the past month I felt like I worked there.

So everything is good (for now) and no more sounds, squeaks, noises, etc. I'm happy that my dealer continued to work with me though, very nice people.

just dropped mine off for this, the front creaking, and rocker replacement. I sent them my videos of the noise happening, hopefully they don't say they can't reproduce again. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and not getting deysha involved yet, the first time I had no proof/example of it happening.

Got my mustang back today! They did a bit of work:
-Replaced both front control arms (CR3Z3078C, CR3Z3079C + misc bolts) - per TSB 120824 B
-Cleaned/lubed e brake cable that was rubbing on control arms
-Tightened track bar bolts as they were a little loose
-Replaced both rear sway bar links (5486BT kit)
-Also replaced my faulty key fob

So far it sounds and feels good! Hoping it lasts

Mine does the same thing, especially when it is cold and I can push on my trunk lid and it will make the noise. The body is flexing, that's all.

I’d like to escalate this to the customer service manager for your area, Kgilly. Please make an appointment and PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number so I can help.

2012 V6 premium

I have this creaking noise in the back end of my 2012 Mustang. This has been going on for close to a year. I purchased this car new in 2012. I have had it to the dealer 6 different times. We have been treated pretty rudely at times. Each time we were told the couldn't hear it. The last time we took it in, they called and told my husband again they couldn't reproduce the sound. My husband had the service manager get in the passenger seat. My husband put in reverse and, guess what......he heard it. They took it back into the garage and determined that it was the exhaust hanger on the passenger side. ( which I was sure it wasn't). They ordered it, put it on a week later. Not only did we still hear the creaking sound, we noticed the car sounded louder. My husband crawled under it. They hadn't even connected the muffler. My husband took it back and they connected it. We still have the creaking sound. This is getting really old. I have a beautiful, sporty Mustang that sounds like a creasy old piece of junk. It's embarrassing when people notice my hot looking car, then hear it creaking. Our Ford service center is a joke. No other dealer will take it because this dealership has already been paid by Ford for the work on this problem.
