Convertible Frame Brace Damage & Rust under 2013 Mustang

I have a 2013 mustang convertible, i recently took it for an oil change (mileage 75k), and i saw there was rust, can anyone tell me what i need to change or worry about since idk the parts names or much about rust. thank you

all that rust looks "normal" and no big deal to me; except for that broken bar ... I am not sure what it is called, but I believe it is special bracing for the convertible (coupe does not have it, because it is not needed with a solid roof)

For 75k miles it doesn't seem too bad to me either except for that damaged brace or whatever it is.
Just for comparison I took these photos of my 2014 I just bought. It's a convertible if that matters ref the braces/ bars underneath.
