Ok,today i've pull down glovebox and
I tried disconnecting the connectors from the actuators...
Should be the upper actuator (with an arrow in the picture),because if I disconnect the connector noise disappears ... although to be honest , the selector of the air does the same...What's the name of this actuator please?

From your photo and access point, this appears to be the Air inlet door motor

Unfortunately i've ordered bad piece...
The broken actuator is this on picture...
But i'v see that everything works also without this actuator....
Why??

They're behind the glovebox, which is easily removed with three screws at the bottom. There's three in there. If you have dual climate control, there's a fourth behind the stereo.
