auto transmission slipping

So on my way back home today my transmission suddenly started slipping, check engine light started flashing. So I pulled into my driveway and called ford on the island, got an appointment Tuesday morning.

Pretty crazy for something like this to happen to an automatic gt with less than 6000 miles on it. Keep you guys up to date

That's crazy, but at least you have the warrenty.

I have been thoroughly impressed with my dealer and how they handle my little issues. I can only assume, ford will stand behind you and give you satisfaction.

Keep us posted, and good luck !

Hello Oric,

My name is Andrea with Ford Customer Service. Not thrilled to hear that your Mustang is having issues, but I'm glad you made an appointment with your Ford dealer for diagnosis. If you like, I can escalate this to the Customer Service Manager in your area. Just PM me with your VIN, mileage, contact info, and dealer.

That's what we like to hear! Thanks for the kudos, BigR.
