Auto or manual
I have been looking at the new 2013 v6's but people are telling me that you have to get the stick, but I am leaning toward auto bc of the reliability and everyday driving, what are your thoughts?

Why is this under warranty haha
Well I do 90% city, 10% highway and all of my cars but this one have been automatics, they were dull, just gas and stop gas and stop, now with a manual omg it is soooo fun, and you have so much control too, PLUS it sounds amazing when you shift instead of that crappy automatic shift sound. It's not bad for every day commute at all, even in stop and go traffic, i just keep it in first and use the brake and keep about a car or two lengths away from the person in front of me so i dont have to fully stop and use the clutch.
I say manual, but of course if there is some medical reason that will stop you from it, then automatic will do especially since they have the selectshift now.

I'll buy a family car my wife will share with me as an auto, however (and to my wife's disappointment) I would only consider manual on a Pony car. I do 50/50 city highway, and enjoy EVERY single shift.
Now, if you have a bad hip or knee, and shifting will cause you pain, go auto, otherwise... why pay more to do less?

The only question you really need to ask yourself is - what will you enjoy driving more? For me, the manual was the only choice. For my dad, who's 66 and finally bought himself the Corvette he's always wanted last year, it was the auto after he let some other guys his age tell him he was too old for driving a stick all the time. And he regrets it every day.

I have had many sports cars over the years and personally don't like the clutch action on an American car. It's too long and too heavy. (The Acura RSX was the finest shifting car I have ever driven). Therefore, I bought an automatic for my new Mustang last year.
