I recently noticed that the radio volume on my EP Navigation system does not lower at all when the Navigation voice is speaking making it impossible to hear unless I max out the voice volume. Pretty sure it used to lower the radio volume significantly. My dealer recently upgraded my SYNC to version 4.2.1.4 ... could this be the culprit?
