Exclamation Anything I should be worried about?

I was driving my 2010 GT today and I just kinda noticed that the exhaust was sounding somewhat lopey.. I revved it and the rpms went down much quicker than usual and the speedo jumped to about 10 mph when it was revved.. (the car wasn't moving). Should I be worried? What could it be?
